This 4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes takes you on a journey through some of the most spectacular landscapes in Morocco. You’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains, visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites, explore traditional Berber villages, and experience the stunning beauty of the Sahara Desert. The tour includes a camel trek across the dunes to a desert camp, where you’ll spend two nights under the stars. With the help of knowledgeable local guides, you’ll gain a deep insight into the unique culture, history, and traditions of Morocco. The tour concludes in Fes, one of the country’s most fascinating and historic cities.

3 Hours Before Flight Time
The 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes starts with a drive from Marrakech towards Dades, crossing the High Atlas Mountains with stunning views along the way. You’ll stop at the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a fortified city that has served as a backdrop for many films, and explore the Valley of the Roses, known for its fragrant rose fields. You’ll also pass through Skoura and visit its picturesque Kasbah Amridil. At the end of the day, you’ll arrive at Dades, where you’ll spend the night.
After breakfast, you’ll continue your journey to Merzouga, passing through the dramatic Todra Gorge, a canyon with vertical cliffs that reach up to 300 meters in height. You’ll also visit the oasis of Erfoud, famous for its fossils and the Rissani market, where you can explore traditional souks and see how locals live. You’ll arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon, where you’ll experience a camel trek across the dunes to watch the sunset before retiring to a desert camp for the night.
On the third day, you’ll spend the day exploring the Sahara Desert. You can choose to take a guided tour to explore the nomadic lifestyle and learn more about Berber traditions. You’ll also visit the village of Khamlia, famous for its Gnawa music, and the oasis of Tissardmine, where you can see beautiful palm groves and stunning views of the desert landscape. In the evening, you’ll return to your desert camp for another magical night under the stars.
On the final day of the tour, you’ll leave Merzouga and head to Fes, driving through the Ziz Valley, with its stunning views of the mountains and the oasis. You’ll pass through Midelt, a small town nestled in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains, and continue to Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” due to its alpine architecture and cool climate. You’ll finally arrive in Fes in the late afternoon, where the tour concludes.
