3 Hours Before Flight Time
On the first day of the tour, your private driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Fes and you’ll begin the journey towards Midelt. You’ll travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping along the way to admire the stunning landscapes and the traditional Berber villages. You can also visit the cedar forests of Azrou, where you’ll have the opportunity to see Barbary apes in their natural habitat. You’ll arrive in Midelt in the evening, where you’ll have dinner and spend the night.
On the second day of the tour, you’ll depart from Midelt and travel towards the Sahara Desert. You’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains and visit the Ziz Valley, known for its palm groves and stunning panoramic views. You’ll then continue towards Erfoud, a small town known for its fossil products. Finally, you’ll reach Merzouga, where you’ll have dinner and spend the night in a traditional Berber tent.
